UK delivery for parcels is £3.95 for standard delivery, 3-5 working days. We used Royal Mail 48, please note this is not a tracked service.
Large letter post is sent Royal Mail first class, please note this is not a tracked service.
Please note that Royal Mail does not consider post lost until 10 days has passed and very occasionally it does take longer to arrive. We can not follow up missing untracked items until this timescale has passed. Your despatch email will have a delivery reference, please check this to see if delivery has been attempted. If the tracking still shows delivery pending after 10 days, please contact us at info@papermash.co.uk. Please check your spam if you have not received a despatch confirmation email from us.
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch.
Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice and obtain proof of postage. Please return to: Flat 3, 89 Sarsfeld Road, London, SW12 8HT.

Delivery problems
If your order has arrived damaged please email us at info@papermash.co.uk with photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery confirmation reference (sent in your despatch email) on the Royal Mail website. The tracking information is extremely reliable and GPS tracked, and if the order is showing as delivered, this may mean that the parcel is hidden in your garden, behind the gas meter or in your usual safe place!
